Seminars, Webinars and Boot Camps are open to the general public and all are welcome to attend. These dynamic educational programs are also conducted for privately arranged groups in any U.S. or Canadian location.

Seminars are always a live event and are usually 2 hours long. Topics vary. See schedule for details.

Webinars or teleseminars are live events, but they're attended from the convenience of your own home. All that's needed is a computer and/or your telephone. These events are always scheduled on week nights and are typically 60 to 90 minutes long.

Boot Camps are intensive weekend events.

Heal My Body!

Goal: Uplift your current state of mind and put the power of thought to work at healing your body. This program is dedicated to extracting the wisdom that resides within you and to developing a disciplined system for using your thoughts in a more deliberate, creative and scientific way. The thoughts that predominate in your mind are what heal your body and lead to happiness. So it's important to plant the right thoughts and to undo the ones that are blocking you from having the bodily experience you most want. You will come to understand your own value system and your own priorities regarding weight loss. (Hint: The outcome will surprise you!). Develop a crystal clear, firm vision of your physical self. Nothing will happen without this. Write a simple affirmation statement or mantra that you say to yourself every day that enables you to manifest your vision into reality. Be prepared to be deeply motivated by your own insights and by your own very real potential for change.

Track Yourself to Success: Pigging out, Dealing with Mistakes, Exercise and Role Modeling

Goal: This program has two goals: 1) Learn how to focus on having "one good day at a time" so that you always experience your own amazing goodness and 2) track yourself to success. All you need to every ask of yourself is one good day at a time, and tracking yourself is a powerful way to ensure you get it. Tracking forces you to pay close attention to what you're doing and/or not doing. If you don't bother to track, then much of your own behavior goes un-noticed, which means that it "doesn't officially count." Most importantly, it's absolutely essential to become willing to track your own mistakes without being blown away and discouraged by them. Everyone makes food mistakes. Even when you're thin, you'll continue to make food mistakes. The big secret is to make the mistakes happen less frequently and to make them smaller. What if you must pig out? What's the best exercise program? Why does role-modeling keep you inspired? Learn all these things and more.

The weekend is filled with self-discovery and group sharing exercises, however, The BOOT CAMP is not a typical support group environment. We do not exchange our sad stories. There is nothing, absolutely nothing, to be gained by dwelling on the past or by bringing the past into the present. Instead, our goal is to focus squarely on the solution: what do you want? What's the best way to get it? What practical tools and resources do you need to get it? What can you do to lessen your fear? How should you deal with problems and bumps in the road without being undone by them? What if you make mistakes and don't get what you want right away?

The most important objective of the BOOT CAMP is to get you to make a firm decision to love yourself by eating sugar free. Nothing will happen unless you make this decision. The second huge advantage of is that you have the direct, practical experience of learning and practicing the four miracle skills that will literally and figuratively save you. You will be filled with inspiration and "can do" energy around solving your weight problem. This is why the BOOT CAMP is especially suited for people who need an extra boost of motivation.

Come Prepared!
Wear clothes that are suitable for light exercising. If you have an exercise mat, please bring it. Also, you will need a brand new 8½ x 11 spiral-bound notebook and something to write with. Oh, and the most important thing – come with an open heart and mind.
